I provide support to adults (18 years+) with common mental health and wellbeing difficulties.

I do not work with clients in current crisis or where there is a serious risk of harm to self or others such as current suicide attempts, self harming behaviours endangering life or active threats to harm others.

I am also unable to work with individuals requiring an inpatient level of care.

If you or someone you know is in a crisis, it is important to seek emergency care. In this situation the person should attend the nearest accident and emergency unit or call 999 for urgent support.
